How does saree pre-pleating work?
Drop your saree at our studio or book a home pickup. We iron, pleat and box-fold it to your height and return it ready to wear — usually within 24 hours.
Which sarees can you pre-pleat?
Silk, soft silk, Kanjivaram, cotton, linen, georgette, organza and designer sarees. Heavy bridal sarees may take a little longer.
How does jewellery rental work?
Pick a set and a pick-up date. The rent covers the rental period shown on the item. A refundable deposit is collected at handover and returned when the set comes back in good condition.
Is the rental jewellery hygienic?
Yes. Every piece is cleaned, sanitised and checked after each use and handed over in a sealed pouch.
How do I pay?
Cash or UPI on delivery, or at the time of your appointment. No online payment is needed to place an order.
Do you come home for draping and makeup?
Yes, within the city. A small home-visit charge applies and is shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your slot or pick-up date and we will reschedule or cancel at no charge.
