Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Payment is cash or UPI on delivery, or at the time of your appointment. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Service bookings

Time slots are held once you place your order and are confirmed by our team. Please be available at the booked time; delays of more than 30 minutes may need rescheduling.

Jewellery rental

The rent covers the number of days shown on the item, counted from the pick-up date. A refundable deposit is collected at handover and refunded in full when the set is returned on time and in the same condition. Late returns, damage or missing pieces may be adjusted against the deposit.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Message us at least 24 hours before your slot or pick-up date to cancel or reschedule at no charge.

Returns (collections)

Sarees can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery if they are unused and have their tags. Pre-pleated or altered sarees cannot be returned.

Privacy

We use your name, phone number and address only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. We do not sell or share your details.
